Workflow of the POC
01. Introductory workshop
- Presentation of FCM’s functions with regard to the component
- Selection of a component and definition of the geometric variability (design space, change of shape and topology, rib pattern, recesses, beads, etc.)
- Definition of the schedule, contact persons, approach as well as the focus of the PoC
02. Construction
- Via screen sharing, we show you the principles of the technology, sensible procedures, and how the component can be designed using the functions of FCM (2 days)
03. Workshop CAE
- Demonstration of the CAE process chain on an existing example and discussion of the options in simulation.
- Evaluation of the capabilities and limitations when using the simulation.
04. Practical application
- Installation of FCM at your site in an existing and complete CATIA V5 environment*.
- Supporting your design activities via regular meetings (2x1h / week over 3 weeks).
05. Final meeting
- Joint feedback of the test phase and further procedure
