PDTec Polska becomes CAIQ Polska: Engineering and software expertise combined

Following the merger of CAIQ GmbH and PDTec AG, the Polish department in Gdynia will operate under the new name CAIQ Polska Sp. z o.o. The new corporate structure uniquely combines engineering and software expertise.
Since November 2025, the former PDTec AG has been operating under CAIQ GmbH as part of the CONTACT Software Group. With the full organizational integration of the Polish department in Gdynia, the next logical step now follows. Going forward, PDTec Sp. z o.o. will operate as CAIQ Polska Sp. z o.o.
In Gdynia, more than 35 software developers are working on the optimization and further development of products and solutions. A dedicated department is responsible for customer-specific applications within individual products—expertise that is now being specifically integrated into the new overall structure.

Faster pace, broader offering, reliable partnerships
Customers and partners benefit directly from the new structure. Bundled resources and access to CONTACT’s technology platform enable a broader range of solutions, shorter delivery times, and faster product improvements. Future requirements can be implemented significantly more efficiently. All existing business relationships, personal contacts, and support structures will remain fully intact as before.

Growing togehter
The merger under the umbrella of the CONTACT Software Group has laid the foundation for further growth. The next steps will focus on the joint further development of the product portfolio, in which CAIQ Polska will play a central role as a development site.
